Order Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, cancellations are generally not accepted.
• Exceptions may be made if the item hasn’t been processed yet. In such cases, the item can be replaced with one of equivalent or higher value (with the additional cost paid).
• Refunds for unprocessed items will take 5 to 7 working days, depending on the payment method.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Bent earring stems, which are sometimes intentional to prevent breakage (not considered transit damage).
• Minor bead or stone dislodgement during transit, which can easily be fixed with glue.
• Slight color differences due to variations in screen settings and lighting during photography.

Replacements will only be provided in cases of:

• Receiving an incorrect item.
• Receiving a damaged product.

Important Guidelines for Returns/Exchanges

• An unboxing video without pauses is mandatory as proof of the issue.
• Inform us of any damages within 48 hours of delivery along with the video.
• The damaged product must be shipped back intact to the address provided by us. A replacement will be sent once the product is received.

Returns/Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If:

• The product was damaged while in your possession.
• The product is not in its original condition.
• Packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.
